recruited some suitably experienced folk.
They are not on the payroll and their reviews, suggestions and advice are based

Paul
Mountain
Leader, Navigation and Mountain Bike Instructor Paul spends a good portion
of his waking hours in the hills and mountains of the U.K.
Like the rest of our Gear Advisors, he is a member of the local Mountain Rescue
team. Paul provides tips and reviews on gear suitable for use in the hills,
crags and trails of the
Harriet
Rower, runner, cyclist and all round fit-person, Harriet is also the model for
some of our products! She has participated in activities around the globe and
has a wealth of experience. She provides reviews on our products for
high-intensity activity and on women-specific products. She is a member of NEWSAR.

Gareth
The resident Bushcraft expert. Often found in a wood or forest somewhere,
Gareth can start a fire, build a shelter and cook a meal before most of us have
taken off our rucksacks. Gareth reviews our edged tools, shelters and other

Richard
The Original Outdoors site administrator, and the person you are most likely to
speak to when you contact us. Always on the look out for a new adventure, be it
snowholing in
